Would give 0 stars if I could purely for bad customer service and bad practice regarding refunds. Prior to booking and paying the deposit, the only information regarding refunds you are given is that if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment date, you forfeit your deposit. Clearly suggesting if you give more than 24 hours notice, your deposit wouldn’t be forfeited otherwise there wouldn’t be any need for the distinction between how much notice you give whether it be a week, or 24 hours, the deposit would be forfeited right?

Anyway I go to cancel the appointment with 2 weeks notice, I get prompted to accept I’m forfeiting my deposit so immediately get in touch with the team via WhatsApp. They agree with no issue to refund me and even go as far to say if I don’t receive it within a week, get back in touch and they’ll manually process it for me. Problem solved.

Until the refund doesn’t come through, I contact them and I’m told “ Hey x

I just spoke with Emily and she mentioned that the deposits are non refundable and are stated in the form before you make payments :/”. Very unprofessional response with the straight face and a clear reflection on the poor practice from the owner Emily. If a refund has already been agreed, which type of business owner then back tracks? A money hungry one that would be.

Anyway, I have now disputed this with my bank with ample evidence including a screen recording of the booking process showing the “form” explaining the deposit is non refundable does not appear prior to the payment page. As well as the initial agreement to refund me.

Very disappointing interactions with the be enhanced team as my friend is a regular customer of theirs and sang nothing but praises of Emily.

Emily takes her time to explain the procedures, she's very knowledgeable, and calm and you feel like you can trust her guidance. I felt 100% comfortable with the options I picked for myself under her recommendations and everyone who works with her is also just as great.

Amazing service as usual, excellent infection control, customer service/care, welcomed with a smile, friendly faces and it is insane how they alway exceed my expectations. Be enhanced gave me the look I desired. I got chin filler and I was very particular with the result I was after and Emily achieved exactly that. I 100% recommend Be Enhanced. She doesn’t overfill and very honest with what is possible or not.

I had fillers done today and Im very satisfied with the result after my first visit at Be Enhanced. I'm still admiring my face in the mirror. Emily was knowledgeable and so quick that I barely felt any discomfort. She was warm and friendly and I felt at ease during the procedure and will definitely return.

I visited Be Enhanced and I was pleased with the service & procedure. Emily is lovely, warm & accommodating. She made me feel most comfortable. As someone who has never had fillers before I was a bit nervous but Emily was very reassuring. Although I had to wait over an hour for my top up appointment & was not told that I would have to pay an additional fee for the top up until after the service was done. Other than that, I am pleased with my finished look. Thank you Be Enhanced! X

Looking for the perfect place for fillers? Look no further! I recently had an amazing experience at be enhanced and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I would give it a 10/10 without hesitation! Just had my lip fillers done for the second time, and I couldn't be happier with the results! It has completely gotten rid of my insecurity about my lips, and I feel so much more confident and beautiful. I can't thank my amazing cosmetic injector Emily enough for the incredible work she have done. If you're considering getting lip fillers and feeling unsure, I highly recommend it.
