The receptionist is shocking and been complaining about him for years. He’s the main reason I decided to move surgeries years ago. My husband on the other hand stayed with them. Even till this day, the receptionist’s behaviour has not changed one bit. He acts as if he’s a consultant, not a receptionist. I called a few days ago to ask the reception to remind the GP to approve my husband’s repeat prescription as he’s been waiting for 3 weeks for it. His reply was that I have to wait. Bear in mind that my husband’s life depends on this medication and he was already waiting for 3 weeks. This man is so full of attitude and emotionless, you’d think he works with robots. In my option is just a matter of time until someone’s life will be at risk because of his behaviour.

Normally I am very happy with this surgery. All the doctors and nurses are friendly and very efficient. Cannot fault the medical treatment I have received. However recently after receiving a text to remind me to book an appointment for my flu jab getting an appointment was a nightmare. I was requested to call during the morning which I did 3 times - every time the line went dead after 11 minutes. So I tried in the afternoon and on my second attempt got through and made the appointment. Had my jab now and the arrangements were great. Like a well run military operation. Although it was extremely busy the nurse still had time to pass pleasantries as well as checking all necessary details. Well done to the team working on 26th September.

This was my first ever physio appointment. It exceeded my expectations in terms of the knowledge and helpfulness of the advice I received. Big thanks to Roland!

Latest visit was for the flu jab, on a Saturday morning (no queues), and it could not have been simpler or more friendly and stress free: details confirmed immediately on entering, barely had taken off my coat when ushered along to one of the many consulting rooms, quick confirmation about allergies then the shot (all done in the doorway) and I was off home. I probably wasn't on the premises for more than a few minutes. There was plenty of room to distance from other patients, with screens and masks keeping you protected during any close contact (I was also masked). I have no hesitation in returning here for any future health issues, fully confident in the capabilities of the staff.

Irresponsible behaviour of the reception.
Misplaced my form filled 4 weeks ago and texted me to visit again and fill
Booked for appointment and had to actually visit them to say please send a message or letter to confirm appointment so that I have a proof of date and time.
No management of queue for appointment. People after me were called before.
I wonder who are giving them good reviews
Will keep suffering as no other option.

Great doctors - very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but the experience of booking a (non-urgent) appointment is horrible. Appointments just get released in batches each day and you can just book 2 weeks ahead. So most of the time the answer of the receptionist is that there are currently no appointments available in the next two weeks. so you have to keep calling when new appointments are released. Very, very frustrating - for patients and also the staff.

Spent 11 and a half minutes waiting for a receptionist to answer my call to book a routine appointment only to get cut off. Rang again several times and used each options including emergency option. Still didn't get through. Finaly gave up. If this is what they call having patients interest at heart i dont know whats going on. Another annoyance for me is their Recorded voice announcement message. Her voice is etremely annoying. She tried too hard to sound young and kind. This seems to be part of the norm nowadays with regards to recorded voice announcements.
