Our 15 year old Border Terrier already registered with Barry's Vets became very unwell two weeks ago. He was promptly seen by Barry and his investigations and treatment began immediately. We felt reassured that he was getting the best possible care. Investigations showed several problems and with treatment It wasn't long before our dog began to improve significantly. We really appreciate the hard work that went into his recovery by everyone. This team at Barry's don't just treat the animals, they treat the people who love them.

Barry and his team cared for our much loved cockapoo throughout his lifetime and when it came to his end of life care, we couldn’t have asked for more kindness or compassion. Our senior lurcher dog had an oral squamous cell carcinoma, and we were recommended Barry, due to his surgical skill.
Barry performed tests and eventually a partial mandibulectomy to great effect.
She recovered well and her aftercare was amazing.
We thoroughly recommend Barry and the team, a strong five stars. Thank you for giving us more time with our girl.

Can't speak highly enough of Barry such a gentleman. Was great with our wee Luna, took the time needed and you seen the change in her within a few days. Could easily drive by as its hidden but its located in Dromore just over the flyby to the first left Barrys Vets. Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else now, the staff and himself are great.

Our little Cockapoo has been registered with Barry’s Vets for about three years. We cannot praise the practice enough for all that they do. Barry’s infectious positivity, empathy, care and approachability cascades through the whole of his team. It really is an excellent practice. The professionalism, consideration, and quality of care have been second to none. There are also lovely little touches like carefully thought out areas (e.g. separate cat/dog waiting areas), useful tips and guidance emails received, membership of a Pet Club and cheery outdoor seasonal planters with a little bench. These are indicative of just how thoughtful Barry’s Vets is about all matters relating to our companions (and their owners). We always feel that our little dog is in absolutely the safest of hands. We really cannot recommend Barry, Claire and the rest of the team highly enough. They are brilliant. This is an Independent practice with a personal touch that really shows. Quite simply Barry and his team are amazing: we really are so fortunate to have them as our dog’s vets. Thank you all so much. 🐕‍🦺🐾🐾 👩‍❤️‍👨

Barry and the team looked after my furbaby Roxy for many years. Sadly I had to let her go over the rainbow bridge recently, but Barry was so caring, compassionate and supportive even at that difficult time. I cannot recommend these vets highly enough- they all amazing there.
