Been at this docters since I was born. I’m now 19. Moved 7 years ago and a certain individual has said I have to move docters and refused my medication that I’m on permanent for my heart. Purposely didn’t put them through and is very rude on the phone and pushy to make me move. No one else at this docters has said anything or had any problems sept this 1 person. Think it’s absolutely vile and disgusting. My mum and dad are here too and no one has ever said anything to them about moving. Targetting me making my problems worse and nothing to say on paper work about moving docters. It’s disgusting and have now moved docters for her unprofessional behaviour and disgusting attitude towards me.

We recently moved to Barnetby and decided to join this surgery, there was 4 of us in my family and one by one as we visited we found the experience very disappointing. Medication not delivered or the wrong amount, very nonchalant doctors who seemed to have very little interest. I was left waiting to be seen for the appointment over half an hour one day with no apologies after which I decided enough was enough and myself and my family left this very poor practice.

Always a stressful time having a medical for your HGV license, But this place makes it a pleasure to visit. Very efficient and professional and friendly people. Keep up the good work!
