I would not even give this surgery one star. The worst appointment system ever. Some of the receptionist are not kind at all. Very difficult get a face to face appointment. They don’t understand that not everyone is comfortable or able explaining what they’re going through on the phone. YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT SYSTEM.

My brother has been using this surgery for several years. I am officially his carer in medical matters as he has a learning disability and autism. We have been extremely happy with the service delivered by the doctors, nurses and the staff. A special mention must be given to Vanessa who has worked tirelessly with us over the passed 2 years. She is kind, patient and professional and we are hugely grateful for all she has done for us.

My Nana is a patient of yours and recently came in after receiving a letter which she found confusing. She hasn't gone online and sometimes feels out the loop and when the letter referred to ",com" she didn't know what to do! Your staff reassured her that she wasn't the only one and there were plenty of people in the same boat at her. They helped her with everything and she said it made her day. Thank you for looking after her - she's a special lady.

You have to phone at 8am for an appointment.
After usually 40-80 times of trying, the automated answer system is difficult.
You should be allowed to make appointments for a day or two in advance.
CHANGE YOUR BOOKING SYSTEM
Make it easier for us, especially those who can’t call at 0800, due to work commitments!!!!

Worst Doctors my mother suffered with depression for years they got so sick of my mum coming in all the time just kept upping her pills 1 time she was on 10ml Diazipam 4 times a day in her late 60s with a pacemaker... Absolutely disgusting. The doctor here also caused as lot of upset in my family broke us all up as family. Eventually my mother transferred to another surgery where the doctor then accused me of forcing my mother into this, was stalking my house to see when id left to question my mother to which she was told she wasnt welcome by my mother. Appalling behaviour from a GP now me and my brother dont talk and my mother never trusted doctors again after that became impossible to get her to doctors.... Stay well clear made all our lives an absolute misery.. Dr Ghoosens hang your head in shame from the very start I sensed you didnt like me maybe it was my tattooos or you didnt like me as a person who knows but your endless reporting to services and visits to my parents property were all a waste of time you really are a revolting human being

Since the kingfisher surgery merged with the balltree surgery, the service has become appalling. Hard to get an appointment, kingfisher site shut over days before christmas. Now have to drive to the other site where there is no decent parking. Wish they had never merged. Will look to find another surgery in lancing now.
