Myself and my little one really enjoyed our class with Meg , it’s a great form of exercise and lots of sensory stimulation for baby , such a lovely way to bond with your baby while having fun and exercising. once the class had finished I enjoyed a lovely coffee whilst getting to know the other mums and baby’s.

I loved my class with Meg at BabyBeats! There was exercises for me to support my body after birth and exercises for my baby to support their development and growth! I would definitely recommend!
