I have been visiting here for many years on and off. Yesterday I had a deep tissue massage with Jimmy. I was in so much pain in my back and neck and he gave the right amount of pressure and attention to where it was needed.
All the staff here are lovely and provide a safe and relaxing environment.

Both my husband and I went for a deep tissue massage which was absolutely amazing. Great value for money. The only thing I would say is the room could’ve been a bit warmer and maybe some relaxing music. But the massage itself was excellent and the steam bath afterwards. Definitely will go again

A Life-Changing Experience at Ayur Wellness and Pain Centre!

I visited Ayur Wellness and Pain Centre after suffering from a severe slipped disc (L3-L4) with an exiting root nerve impingement. I was hospitalised and came frighteningly close to needing surgery. While I was on heavy pain management drugs with unpleasant side effects, I was recommended this clinic and it was truly a blessing.

From my very first consultation with Dr. Laxmi, I felt hopeful. She meticulously crafted a tailored treatment plan for me, which included seven sessions of Potli massage followed by seven sessions of Kati Vasti. What amazed me the most was the relief I felt just three sessions into the treatment. Jimmy, my therapist, showed incredible knowledge and skill in addressing my condition. His expertise and confidence instilled belief in me that I would recover through these treatments.

By the fifth day of massage therapy, I was able to stop taking the painkillers prescribed to me at the hospital. Remarkably, within 10 days, I was off them completely. I am now back to driving, walking, and working full-time—all without pain! Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Laxmi and Jimmy for their dedication, care, and expertise.

I highly recommend Ayur Wellness and Pain Centre to anyone dealing with a similar condition. The results I achieved here have far exceeded my expectations, and I’m incredibly thankful that I found this wonderful clinic.
