I have been using this practice for around 20 years now and although I have not had a lot of health issues I have always received a first class service.
My most recent visits have actually prompted me to write this review after taking a bit of time out to think of my experiences.
Receptionist's, pharmacy staff, nurses and doctors have always been very welcoming, pleasant, helpful and professional.
Any issues I have had have been thoroughly investigated by the doctors and nurses and followed all the way through to full recovery.
I can honestly not speak highly enough of this practice.

After the birth of my 13 month old I had Post Natal depression and other issues. The help I am receiving is first class. Dr Doherty has been/ still is amazing and I can say whole heartedly that he has saved my life. The whole practice work so hard and we are so lucky to have you all. Usually any visit to a doctor is filled with concern and worry, anytime I’ve been here I have been treated with courtesy, friendliness and professionalism which really helps to make me feel less anxious!
However a couple of weeks ago I was suddenly offered chance to go on last minute unexpected holiday, only thing preventing me saying yes immediately was lack of having enough prescription. The lady in dispensary couldn’t have been more helpful, I ended up on holiday, it was just fabulous service and I must say thank you so much!

Despite how busy the practice is, I was given an emergency appointment on a Friday. The doctor was so caring and helpful and we have always found the reception and pharmacy staff to be polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. Happy to recommend.

I saw Dr Forrest, a locum Gp on 8/12/23. She dealt with my problem with great sensitivity, very approachable and professional. Please pass on my comments to her and her manager. I felt comfortable talking to her and so was able to fully explain my issue. I can't thank her enough for this. I'm new to the area and am very pleased with the surgery as a whole but if they are in need of a locum again I hope they consider Dr Forrest. Many thanks.
