We used Aylsham Homecare for a short while till our mother's death and we can thoroughly recommend them. At the introduction meeting our mother immediately connected with Laura Grand and her caring manner. Laura was also very professional in explaining their services which was also clearly explained in the customers folder. We were allocated Laura's latest member of staff, Rachel, as mothers main carer and she was superb in both caring and experience. We also appreciated that Laura was able to provide additional care over one weekend at very short notice.

My mother (now in her 90’s) has been receiving care from Aylsham Homecare for the last seven years. Over that time her care needs have gradually increased but Aylsham Homecare have always been able to provide extra help and an enhanced care package as her needs have changed. My mother and I have always found them to be 100% reliable and the staff go the extra mile to ensure their clients are always very well looked after. They treat people with great respect and are also proactive in advising relatives, sensitively, if they have any concerns about a client’s health or wellbeing. They work with and support relatives which I feel is of great importance. Even in these troubled times of the COVID-19 outbreak Aylsham Homecare have continued to provide the highest levels of care and service. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, efficient and compassionate homecare for an elderly relative.

I can't speak highly enough of all the girls at Aylsham Homecare, but I must make particular mention of Cheryl and Tina. My dad has advanced Parkinsons with dementia, and not only have the girls been helping my mum with dad's daily care for several years now, but Cheryl and Tina always go above and beyond. They are truly kind, caring and thoughtful, and have become indispensable not only to my parents but also to my brother and I, who live too far away to visit daily. And during this unprecedented Covid-19 lockdown, we rely on them more than ever. Thank you!!!
