My PT was helpful and gave me a headstart. But when I tried to cancel over an unrelated injury they never responded to any of my emails, never answered the phone and weren't in the office when I visited. Had to have my bank block payments to them. Beware.

Sadly, for the price there are better gyms locally. On the plus side side staff are friendly and it's close to home, on the down side, one treadmill (out of only 3 in there) has been out of use for ages and the equipment could do with a good hoover and wash down and some general tlc. The machines all have broken ports, should you wish to plug earphones in, but don't worry, some members have the music on the laptop on at mega volume so it won't be quiet in there. I did send a message on messenger querying the cleaning schedule but no one ever replied, I emailed saying I wished to cancel and again heard nothing back, no asking my reasons or whatever. I don't like leaving a bad review on here but for less money you can join Bannatynes at Broadstairs which has multiple machines - all working, all immaculate.

Arrived as usual to spend a hour in the Gym.
Couldn't get in the door.
Phoned from car but got Faversham.
Why wasn't it mentioned anywhere it would be closed.

The gym over debited my account by 50 pounds. Not for the first time either.

No one picks up.the phone and Thier email address blocks incoming messages. Literally no way of getting my money back.

Awful customer service, will be cancelling my membership today and going to the Polo Club

Haven't been in the gym but the bar is good for sports, lots of screens and a projector. Dartboard and pool table. On a Sunday afternoon there were a few families around. Outside space in the sun aswell.

Excellent centre that has outside 11 a side football pitches, has mini soccer pitches as well. Good quality changing rooms, showers and toilets. Has a gym as well as meeting rooms and a kitchen. Plenty of parking onsite although main entrance is closed you can enter the grounds from the adjacent road.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced enjoyable coffee, clean, nicely laid out with projector screen for sports matches. Did not try any of the food or alcoholic beverages, however there seemed to be a decent selection etc.
