Amazing GP surgery. All staff are very friendly and have always made me feel comfortable. Roxy is amazing. So in-depth and helpful. I always leave feeling listened too and herd. I have seen a few different staff members with different issues and again always listened to. I find the team go above and beyond and I feel they deserve better than 2 stars.

Called at 8am and was told I was 1 in the queue for 58min all I had was your 1 in queue so I ended up going in person to be told there must of been a glitch and that there was no appointments for my 8 month old baby and to take him to hospital. We ended up at hospital for 5 hours to get his antibiotics and was told at the hospital that the gp should of fit him in for something like this and would of took the gp no longer then 10 min to check him and write a prescription they need to do better and stop relying on the hospital

I’ve been a patient at this practice for nearly 40 years, experienced the lovely care of Dr Helen Towner and colleagues for most of that time, until the dark days of Covid, when the surgery was taken over , wow what a change followed, I was seriously thinking of changing surgery. Then on one consultation I met Dr Kiran Chandan, our new doctor, straight away I felt at ease again, a doctor who listened, a doctor who cares. Now the surgery is alive again, the admin staff, the Nurses, the student doctors, all the medical team, you are pulling together to give us a good surgery once more, thank you everyone and thank you Dr Chandon.

We urgently needed our medications before going on holiday. The prescription clerk was very helpful and we collected our medications the day before going away. Thank you for your help.

I phoned up exactly at 8am, I was 8 in the queue! When I got through to the receptionist, She told me there were no appointments for today and to phone up in the morning or go to the chemist as it is just a cough. I have had this cough for two weeks I cannot sleep with it. I feel I’m in pain now I need to see a doctor to possibly get antibiotics, when I expressed this to her she told me to phone 111 because there were no appointments even though I phoned up exactly at 8 o’clock and I was only eight in the queue. Surely not when I also had an appointment a couple of weeks ago because I needed a letter from my GP and had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time before being seen! it’s getting ridiculous I’m not happy. I pay my taxes for NHS. I expect to get seen if I am in need! I am not the only one that experience is this the rest of my family do and I know my neighbours do too. Sort it out.

Won’t give them 0 is google let me! Wife has asthma so needs repeat prescriptions, never have appointment on useless app. Needs a review once a year and is near impossible just to get medication, she’s been on all her life! Have to ring to try and get emergency appointment but we work so can’t just have half a day off the same day. So far today 30 minutes and still haven’t got through to reception.

Horrendous. Would give it zero stars. I doubt they could even get drunk in a brewery. You can never get an appointment when you call every day (up to an hour waiting on the queue), you can't pre-book an appointment and then you need to be psychic to know when equipment has been fixed to then call them - why not contact those waiting when you get the machine working? When you do go in face to face to try and get a resolve (a pointless exercise) - it's like the Mary Celeste and no urgency. Register at a vets, you'll get better treatment there - you just have to grow your hair long and stick on a tail.
