I’ve tried calling 32 times on the Macclesfield and Crewe line but no one seems to answer? They also don’t have a queue alternative so you have to keep ringing back up. I’ve tried calling the Warrington line as an alternative and the lady said there was nothing she could do. It’s really poor, lazy service. I also don’t think it’s a coincidence that it’s a Friday. The last time I was there, the doctor made it very clear that I needed to get another appointment in 2 weeks time. I’ve tried all week and failed. Useless service! AVOID at all costs!

The staff here have been extremely helpful with a coil with missing strings. I finally got it removed today after months of anxiety and a pelvic infection. The lovely doctor and assistant we’re very reassuring. I appreciate the risk that was involved and I’m very grateful. Highly recommended!

Honestly amazing! When I called I got an appointment the same day. Went to get my contraceptive implant removed and the lovely nurse offered me a smear too as I was over due one. The whole team were so amazing, the process was made very easy. & not only did they do an amazing job with myself but an amazing woman who’s part of the team also entertained my 2 year old daughter the whole time we were there. Thankyou so soooo much! You made my experience very easy.

They answered the call after 24 minutes but maybe we should be a little patient. They may have a lot of calls unfortunately they don't have on the call to inform you which possition you are in and you think they won't pick it up but what I have to say is that they answered the call.

Friendly staff, although when having a blood test, the arm rest was not cleaned as there was dried blood from a previous patient.

Been trying to get hold of them for weeks and left endless voicemail messages. Not got back to me.

They don’t answer the phone, I’ve been calling over and over again and no one ever picks up nor do they get back to you
