Didn't see me for my appointment becaise I was 5 minutes late due to following the sat nav of there location and it takes you some where completely different, then when to ring to ask them where it is there is no one on the desks to answer what a shambles of a health center absolutely run down, wouldn't let my dog go there. Then get attitude of some smug little person who works there saying "it's not our fault your late"

Popped in to register father and make enquiries, receptionist rude, made no eye contact, other receptionist seem to find it funny when I asked to clarify something. I handed forms right back, I don’t want my father with disabilities and language barriers to be treated unfairly. Reviews were poor. However Podiatry department is professional and helpful.

I went yesterday, there at 15.30 pm just to have a superficial check up by a doctor who seems that he looked not more then 30 years old. I explained to him that I have massive chest pain ear pain fever and headache for the past 4 days and this is not getting better. He didn't event bother to check my ears he took my "vitals " and had a 3 seconds look in my throat. And after all that he had the audacity to go on Google and show me an image with some vitamins and I quate he said order them in amazon. Its the fifth day with this simyopms and I'm not getting better. What is going on with the doctors now days . If you are so bored to do this job then don't do it and let real doctors to deal with patients. Outrageous. I will attach the picture that Mr "doctor" recommended me to buy after all the struggle.

I need to book blood test for my Son with Downs. My surgery does not have numbing spray. Always booked with Avondale health Centre. I have been given blood form from my GP to ring Avondale to book blood, been trying since 23rd January no one is there, no answering machine. This is hopeless.

Tried to make a booking, for my child (she's having scarlet fever) I've ringed them at 11am and been told that they will book us in ASAP, ringed again around 3pm same story just to get a call at 17.58 to tell me that will be tommorow.

If luckily get appointments receptionist ignore u one nurse tell u to change job due to rash other diagnosis haemorrhoid as cancers doctor asked to wait for prolapse to get worse before any help on offer or any advice just close your eyes and don’t look down

Totally ridiculous, walk in corvid vaccination centre, for every 25 appointment people only one walk in person allowed. poor management of ques. Badly organisationed. Also not adhering to arranged timings.
