First class. Always used Avon Lodge and the practice before that Think Jo at Bishopsworth has been there so long she deserves a long service medal or a nice bottle of wine ?

Lovely vet. He was able to help our cat after we had an emergency situation, even though we are not local to the area and are not regulars at this vet. So thankful for the helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend this place to anyone!

These are the kindest vets I have ever been to, everyone has no judgement and is first to help out whenever there’s an issue. We recently lost our baby kitten and we received only kindness and made sure we made the best decision for not only our kitten but financially.

We had a great experience with our cat vaccination and health check. The vet was very kind and gave us all the information we needed.

I took my dog in here (arch)as he is not well .he also doesn't like vets but the vet stayed late so arch could be looked at on his own so he didn't get stressed (brilliant) the vet was professional and thoughtful. he's on medication ? now so touch wood ,he's getting better

Service is ok, but I’d avoid if using petplan.

Great lovely vets staff allways helpfull from receponists to vets We have been at Avon lodge bishopsworth since we got our lovely beau from a rescue center .the vets are very good with her as there are things like her wormer she won't let us do so when needed she get booked in ( by lovely reception staff),,, and quick visit sorted.. highly recommend

My experience of this practice over the last 25 years has been helpful,caring and very competent and I would recommend it to anyone
