Bilton Chemist
I called to collect my prescription today having phoned yesterday to ensure that it was ready and was assured that it was. I was subsequently told to take seat and they would do it while I waited, I had been in ten minutes so asked how long it would be and was told "as long as it takes"
I found the assistant extremely rude! She was laughing and said as she passed the pharmacist"She won't listen"!! I had an appointment at 11.30 so left the Chemist saying I would return in half an hour!! The prescription was ready when I returned ,however,the lady who was rude wasn't there!! I did say to the assistant who served me that I wasn't used to such behavior and would be reporting this further!!
This is not the first occasion that this has happened and it seems to be a recurring pattern, instead of the facts you are told what they think you want to hear and deal with the consequences later.
