Excellent doctors. Open all day, online appointment system is good. They keep up with patients needs and requirements.
Yes it’s not the most up to date looking surgery but it’s the skill set of the people not the technology.
My only criticism is the time it takes to see a nurses for day to day checks like blood tests etc.

Amazing doctors and staff. Appointments aren’t always easy to obtain, but this is nowhere near as bad as other doctors in and around the area. I can’t praise them highly enough. Five stars all round.

I have a very bad experience of their reception
My friend needed an emergency appointment however, she always telling lies and does not give appointments with no reason.
She even lost her documents last time, could not remember where it is!
I never had such an irrespective situation and definitely will go for complaint about them.
If something made my friend health worse during this delay it will be their fault for sure.

Given me antidepressants that I've already tried they didn't do f all the first time and won't now .... I only joined this doctors because it said family doctors, I've seen 3 different doctors and every one of them didnt know why I was there , sick of repeating myself to people that don't care and just want a payslip at the end of the month

Unfortunately whilst speaking to one receptionist she left me to speak to one of her friends .On another occasion I asked her for an appointment. Her response was to carry on typing for 5 minutes It was then I decided to leave.

MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME!
Registered with this Doctors surgery in June, had appt.s in the following weeks to discuss treatment for ADHD... 5 months later, it transpires they've only just contacted the MH team (after I rang last week to enquire about my progress on the waiting list) and have not yet been referred.
5 months! SMH.

I think this is a very good doctors. Not only are they good listeners but they always follow through your requests. And every morning they keep aside some appointments for emergency.
