Difficult to imagine better customer service than Geethu provided on two home visits. She was rigorously professional, patient and good humoured. She seemed determined that I should have the best possible performance from my new hearing aids regardless of time. This was my first reassessment after getting my NHS hearing aid seven years ago. My audiologist, Geethu James, was superb - clear, concise, careful and concerned. I needed a hearing aid for my right ear and an updated one for my left ear and the instructions and the result could not have been better. I am enjoying the enhanced experience as I write.

Service from this company has been very good. Prices the best I’ve found.
Home hearing test perfect, could try listening to the tv and some of my daily sounds. Tried phonak good but not quite for me.
audiologist Jithinraj raj came very patient and understanding retested my Hearing to make sure all fine No pressure , I changed to oticon
Much better for me, has group chat thru iPhone very good.

I transferred to oxonbucks-nhs-audiology just over a year ago and so glad I did.
They are far superior, staff are friendly, helpful, caring and attentive.
The service they provide is so much more thorough, feeling like going to a surgery in a medical situation rather than visiting a shop.

I have just received new Bluetooth hearing aids at Abingdon Health Centre.The lovely lady who issued them, set my phone up and gave me very detailed and easy instructions for how to use them. Very impressive for an NHS service.
