I’d like to say thank you to the lovely receptionist who helped me today – sorry I forgot to ask the lady’s name. Everyone was really kind and helpful. I went to the wrong Surgery and they helped contact the right one for me. And got a wheelchair and took me to the car park in the rain. Really appreciate her extra care!

I had an appointment with one of the student doctor's this morning, who was supervised by senior GP Dr. Pramanik. He was very good, asked all the right questions and was very thorough. I would recommend and advise patients not be afraid of visiting a medical student as they supervised and you always have the senior GP double checking their diagnosis/treatment option. These appointments are also longer and you don't feel rushed at all, because you have a chance to speak to both doctors.

I had an appointment with Jason one of student doctor's this morning, who was supervised by senior GP Dr. Pramanik. He was incredibly thorough, and asked all the right questions. It felt like a more thorough appointment than normal as you have longer with the doctor and not as rushed. I would recommend and advise patients to take an appointment with a medical student as they supervised and you always have the senior GP double checking their diagnosis/treatment option.

While the surgery and the doctors are great—very cooperative and helpful—the parking situation here has been nothing short of horrendous and feels like a penalty trap. There’s an elderly gentleman with a camera, always occupying one of the spaces, taking pictures even if you’re just dropping off a sick patient, regardless of how brief your stay is. It’s a clear money-making scheme, and it's hard to ignore how unethical it seems for the parking company to profit off people who are already in a vulnerable state seeking treatment. I’ve seen numerous complaints about this, including in the Bushey Weekly magazine, yet nothing has been done. It’s simply egregious and feels like daylight robbery that continues unchecked. Time for action.

I’ve been a patient at Attenborough for years and have always found the service outstanding. Dr Skandakumar is an exceptional doctor and goes out of her way to make me feel at ease during a consultation. I would highly recommend her.

A big thank you to Zoya the receptionist at bushey branch. She was very accommodating with booking all my routine appointments, asthma review and bloods without asking me to call back which is what everyone else tells me to do! She was very courteous and empathetic too. Also thank you to Dr Anish Gandecha for listening to my concerns, looking at my previous notes and letters in detail, not fobbing me off and organising my bloods and possibly and onwards referral. He was very professional too.
