DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - You will lose your money!
I would give a minus result if this was at all possible.

My wife had blood test taken on 5th June, no results received and its now 17th June. Cannot get hold of Atropa by phone, we have tried over 50 times in last 3 days. Finally got hold of someone in the 'pharmacy' dept BUT she was little use, gave my info to pass onto the main guy BRYN SMALES who does not reply to messages or emails. At the time of the blood test he said he sent bloods off to 'Nationwide' for testing, so we tried calling them and they do not have anything logged against either my wife's name, or Atropa!

Sent 4th email today insisting on full refund. They have our money and we have not received any test results, apologies or even a simple reply!!!!!

Booked a covid test before flying to the Caribbean, got a message the day after from the cruise line that tests were no longer mandatory, rang them to cancel giving 5 days notice and was told that the deposit would be refunded.
1 month later and having left several messages I'm still waiting. No one has returned my calls.

We arrived just prior to our booked time. We were seen promptly and everything was clearly explained. The PCR test was completed effectively. We had booked the 48hrs results and the email results were received well within the time. I would recommend Atropa Blood Clinic, and will use them again if needed.

If they can't get an appointment right how how can I trust the results!

I called and emailed for an appointment after a recommendation from someone I knew. The phone was never answered so I emailed but no reply.
I then called the next day and after a wait it was eventually answered and I booked my slot for 1.15pm the next day.
I arrived in plenty of time (1pm) and went to the reception where I was told that the person I needed to see was away for an an hour and was there anywhere else I could go to wait. 🙁
Luckily I went across to a friend of mines business for a coffee and after waiting for an hour I was told that they'd be another 40 minutes. At that point I gave up as I had other work to do.
As someone that owns their own business I was really looking forward to the service from a local company as we currency use Thriva for all our staff testing.
After the experience I had it's clear that they're not really geared up for creating a great (or even average) customer service so we'll be continuing with Thrive.
Such a shame.

Have been calling the clinic for the last 3 days and also sending e mails and I still have no reply. I went personally to the clinic and there was only one person and was not able to give me an answer to what happened to my wife’s test results.
We came on Christmas holidays to the UK took the PCR day two test and 4 days later we still have no reply and we can not contact the clinic.
It is very frustrating.
