The impudence and arrogance of the receptionist exceeds all limits. I waited 10 minutes for her to kindly approach and ask why I was standing at the reception desk. Terrible patient service, this place is the worst clinic I have ever visited.

Worst Practice I have ever experienced, Dr Hillman sent me away multiple times by now with chronic pain and vascular problems, without even trying to help me. Have been in the hospital yesterday as I vomited blood due to a condition reported to this GP, but obviously this Practice does not care. Someone should shut this place down, this can't seriously be a doctor.

Called to enquire about registration. I was feeling unwell and on the phone was advised I could look at emergency temporary registration if I told the them my issues which I did. Advised to come in to the surgery that evening. Got there to find nope, that's only if I have family registered.
4 Receptionists stood watching me struggle with their forms and the automated machines while asking them for help.

After FINALLY being registered almost a month later I called in November trying for an appointment to be told call next week. I called to be told wait till after Christmas. Waited and called just to be told to wait over another week for a phone appointment with a Dr I'd never met to discuss sensitive matters that needed looking at physically.

They refused to say why some patients get a call only and others get a proper appointment. They also wanted to call between 8 and 1 but had work and they couldn't narrow it down. They finally they'd call me at 5pm. Dr was really late calling me, literally 3 minutes before they closed and she had no idea why she was calling me so was rushing. Told her dont worry about it I'll register elsewhere.

Abbrasive and combative reception staff, outdated policies, drs with no time management skills and overall very discriminatory. My partner is blind and has serious health concerns which have been ignored and worsened by this GP. Asking ridiculous requests from someone who is physically unable, even refused to give me my prescribed meds.

The Service is the worst I've ever experienced in my life, so much so that I feel the need to declare it in writing. I cannot believe that this establishment is part of or has anything to do with the NHS.

I have just phoned in to book an appointment as I have fallen ill. Promptly I was redirected and shoved off after making them aware that I require to book an appointment with a practicing professional doctor. The receptionist continued to cut me off whilst I was trying to explain to her that 1)I'm sick, genuinely.
2)I don't think it is covid, however, am ok with a telephonic appointment to get doctor's advice.
3)I would require a sick note for work as I've taken today 23rd December off and forsee that I am unfit for duties tomorrow.

"Oh if you just want a sick note you can go to...."
She continues to redirect me.
I had to explain again that I am unwell because of her attitude and assumptions that I was pulling the wool over my work organisations eyes. Reminding her that I am not a physician with experience in medicine. Could she kindly please book me an appointment telephonically with the doctor so that he/she can hear me out, and prescribe medication for what ails me.

2January 2021 is the day of my appointment.
I am highly disgusted with the service and lack of care...
Happy Christmas she says.

I've been with the surgery for over 20 years and I have always had a good experience. I have regular medical appointments and prescriptions and the staff are always happy to accommodate. Many thanks to Justine and Janice!

This surgery is great. I get scared going to the doctors normally but here it is very efficient once you are registered with them. The nurses can do most tests and print prescriptions for a doctor to sign, you can book appointments online and sign in using the patient online system, and I always get what I need quickly and find the staff quite approachable.

The medical staff are absolutely wonderful, if you can make it past their medical care gatekeeping troglodyte receptionist, Jen. Jen likes to make mistakes and then lies to the patient, trying to make it seem like her not being able to do her job is somehow our fault.

Amending this edit. They're actually just a collective of foul people. I'll be changing GPs soon.
