Just finished an awesome session at Astra body with their infrared bike

Did a 40minute session. Burned 1100 calories and my legs feel awesome and lighter than ever with the infrared technology.

Will definitely be returning for maintenance and adding it to my healthcare routine!!

I recently visited Astra Body and had a fantastic experience. The facility is incredibly modern and equipped with top-of-the-line equipment. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my first session was complimentary, and even more shocked when I realised I had burned over 1200 calories in just 30 minutes! I was so impressed that I immediately booked a treatment and am eagerly anticipating seeing the results.

I would highly recommend Astra Body to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. The combination of advanced technology, friendly staff, and impressive results make it a top-notch wellness destination. I can't wait to return for my treatment!

Visited Astra Body in Eastleigh with my wife this week and we both enjoyed a fantastic 40 minute workout.At the age of 60+and with a history of back issues I can’t praise this exercise machine enough, burning off 1300+calories whilst laying on my back watching videos of the Costa Rico rain forest.Pain free during and after the exercise made it a pleasure and not a chore.Its a must for all ages and I’m sure won’t find these infrared bikes in any of your local gym’s .You’ve got to go and give it a try!!

I felt like stepping into the future today, going to AstraBody to try their infrared bike and body sculpting machine.
From the moment we walked into the door till the very end of the session Arianna and Nigel were so friendly and professional.

I am officially obsessed with this machine. It warms your body, it pushes your limits, you sweat, you work out,you get all those endorphins running though your system but there is no heart raising, no shortness of breath, no severe muscle pain. And yet you know you have worked out hard. You don't want to see a photo of my nailon trousers filled with all the 💦 🤣

I am not easily amazed but Astrabody knocked my socks off today 💯. I feel lighter, energised and amazing, just after one session. Definitely coming back for more.

I have loved going to astra . It has a lovely and relaxing atmosphere and I always leave feeling great. The bikes are an eyeopener , burning 1400 calories in 40 minutes. I was able to get wedding fit and was able to fit in my outfit with no problem. Everyone is lovely and helpful

I thoroughly enjoyed my discovery session at Astra Body today!
A lovely calming, air fragrance awaits as soon as you step through the front door, the studio is immaculately clean too! I have met all 3 staff who are so happy, friendly and welcoming!
The Suprasculpt seemed effortless and contracted muscles I did not know I had! I loved the Infrabike and cycled my way around Costa Rica and through the rainforests during my 40 minute session! I felt like I was walking on air when I left!
