I visited Aspire Pharmacy this evening for my Covid jab. My jab was administered by the amazing Hannah, who put me at ease from beginning to end. I was a little apprehensive however, Hannah was so welcoming and her humour distracted me from my fear of needles. Would recommend to anyone, and will definitely be returning for my spring booster. Thank you for being SO polite Hannah:)

This pharmacy is great when it's open but unfortunately they do not stay open until their stipulated times on the website. I can only get my repeat prescription most of between 8pm and 9pm. 9pm being thier closing time. Monday 28th went to get prescription at 8.30pm and place closed and in darkness. This was my 3rd attempt in 11 days with same result. Phoned this morning to question it and female staff said oh I don't know I'll speak to our managers and put the phone down on me. So yet to collect my medication. Seems like some days they put early dart before people's health. Either stay open till your stipulated closing time or amend closing times on website

Showed up for an appointment and told the pharmacist was too busy to see me.
This wasn't even an appointment I have actively chosen to make, the pharmacy phoned me on the 16th July requesting I call them back. When I phoned the same day to find out what they needed it was so they could tell me about a new service they offer, they booked me for the appointment for today and then wouldn't see me. They offered to rebook, but hardly see the point in that, unless the mistake was the person on the phone never booked it to begin with. Appalling service, don't seek out appointments if you don't have the capacity to honour them.
