I’ve only been working for Asisters since April 1st 2025 but it’s such a refreshing change to work for people that actually treat you as a human being. I’ve worked in care for just over 8 years and can honestly say they’re the nicest bunch of ladies I’ve ever worked with - no bitchiness or office politics, paid on time and always there to answer your questions. Client continuity is paramount in this job and you choose your own hours to suit your work/home life balance.

I have used Asisters on a few ocassions to help my Mum who has Dementia and lives alone. One Carer in particular is Catherine who seems to have the knack of dealing with a grouchy old lady who is resistant to help. Mum is always very compliant with her. This Company can offer help with excursions, appointments, companionship, gardening, home care, foot care, DIY and so much more. They provide an excellent service and have often helped me out with very short notice. The office staff are so friendly and willing to help. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I have worked for Asisters since last July. I enjoy every minute of it. The ladies in office are most helpful and are willing to help with anything they can. We always get paid on time if not early. There are good opportunities to better yourself. I will definitely be staying with this company.

I've worked for Asisters for over 2 years now and I have to say that in all my 17 years of working in domiciliary care Asisters is my far the best company I've worked for. The management team/office staff are so supportive, friendly and they really do appreciate all our hard work, they listen and offer a fantastic level of pay and training and I love that we always have continuity of care with our clients and that they give us plenty of time with them and time to travel from each one. We have a great team of staff and our clients are so lovely and always seem very happy with the care we provide and often comment to me about the support and help they also receive from the management team.
