I have seen negative comments about the new system, filling in a form for appointment. My experience this morning was excellent from start to finish. Seen by medical student doctor then needed a chaperone, both female, for intimate tests which although somewhat embarrassing for me I was put at ease all the way through the examination. Thank you to both members involved.

Having had quite a difficult time with the surgery over the last year I have to say today that Dr Hasham was exceptional.
He spent over an hour with my elderly mother (out of hours) and was so thorough going through all her problems - he provided a service above and beyond with compassion, patience and often needed humour. We cannot thank him enough- it’s put my faith back in the surgery - thank you Dr Hasham

Writing this on behalf of my 85 year old mother. Over the past 18 months, she has been trouble by an ongoing complaint, which is always treated the same way, there is never a referral or any type of diagnosis of the issue, 'just a keep taking the pills' attitude. A recent change to the online booking system is at best atrocious and at worse not fit for purpose and forget the phone system as when you do speak to someone you have a spectrum very polite, understanding, to rude obnoxious and just putting the phone down. There is no contact for the practice manager to complain. Bring back Drs Hoffman, Moynihan and Coladangelo

Would give zero stars if possible. The Gp receptionists are terrible at this location. The Drs are wonderful, attentive, and caring. But they’re extremely hard to get in touch with due to the receptionists. Whether you ring or attend in person you will be ignored. When I ring I am always in a long queue to speak to someone regardless of the time of day. And if you can speak to one of them before being cut off by the phones they’re patronising. I was told by a Dr if my issue was to continue I would have to attend in person for an examination and to call the morning of to get one. So I did, I was number 3 in the queue and was told there were none left and I could only have a telephone appt. After explaining that the Dr asked me to be seen in person the receptionists didn’t care and said that they’re for more urgent cases, although the Dr specifically said if my issue wasn’t to resolve from the medication I was prescribed I would have to be seen as soon as possible. I have now moved GP practices and although it being in a massive city and having 2 receptionists on the desk they can manage to answer my call within 2 minutes everytime. I just quit my job as a receptionist in a clinic within a hospital and I not once had a valid enough excuse as a receptionist to ignore people waiting to speak to me for 7 minutes. The only piece of advice I can give you is to register with Roysia surgery

Great experience this morning! Had to hold for quite a while but constantly knew which 'number' I was in the queue. I gave a quick synopsis and Dr Hasham called me back within the hour and asked to see me so was at the surgery straight away. He was kind, really empathetic and even helped relieve my pain with pressure point therapy there and then! Please be patient when trying to get an appointment. It's well worth it.

Couldn't rate more highly. Dr Hasham has been incredible for me this past week. He took my concerns seriously and I felt very heard. Can't thank him enough. Had previously very good experiences with Dr Howe and Dr Jarvis too. Thank you all.
