Been with this surgery for over 6 years now and I am overall very impressed with the services they provide. On occasion, a wait does occur due to the lack of online appointment opportunities, but I have called around midday before, after 15:00, in the morning and the wait is never longer than 30 mins. At 11:30 on a Tuesday, I got through immediately and had a face-to-face appointment in less then 15 minutes from my call! Fantastic!
Receptionists are helpful and very friendly! Doctors are the same, very helpful and genuinely want to make sure your health improves. I don't understand why this GP Surgery has so many 1 star reviews here, I am always impressed by there services and highly recommend to anyone.

Patient Care coordinators need more training , more consideration to appointment making needed in order to cover the middle ground. You are already advised to speak to a pharmacist for minor conditions, and quote " emergency appointments " i was told, are for things like "broken legs, heart attacks and strokes".....my thoughts are, aren't these for A&E? What about conditions you are suffering with that you feel are getting worse? Come back in two weeks? when its more urgent? Prevention is better than cure!?

Its like be in 1689 you should wait behind the line a day for make an appointment. Why online booking and NHS app and my go app not working with this gp? Ill complain to NHS and council and … cuz. its not make sense

Absolutely shocking gp! Make appointments and they leave you sitting there hours, gave me the wrong medication for my blood pressure for 10 MONTHS, completely turned my life upside down, lost my job and not even a sorry. Reception staff are very rude and cocky, there’s plenty of other good gp surgery’s around! Do you homework before signing up here, SHOCKING

No online booking system. You have to call and are only eligible for an an appointment the same day. Useless unless you're retired.

Thanks to the Government forcing the practice to take on unlimited numbers of patients and the vaccine causing more serious illnesses, contacting the practice for help has become impossible. You have to visit in person to get anywhere. It used to be such a welcoming practice. Now all we get is an Internet barrier!

So sick of ringing this GP to chase up my mother's prescriptions. Constant battle that has been going on for 4 months now. They keep sending her scripts to the wrong pharmacy over and over, even when I literally spell it out to them where to send it. If my mum was on her own she'd be dead right now having not received life-saving medication, as would any other vulnerable patient. Absolute disgrace.

Don't even get me started on their awful online system. Whoever even heard of online requests being 'closed for the day'. Maybe if they just did some work to clear the deluge of ignored and desperate patients, they could leave their online forms open and actually work efficiently. Receptionist told me if they did pharmacy requests on the phone 'they'd be stuck on the phone all day!' ...isn't that your job? Might prevent me from spending an average of 20mins on hold on the phone every time I have to call them to fix their latest c**k up.

Edit 17/03/2023. My review was written sometime in August 2022. The issue of mum's medications not arriving is still ongoing. Today when I tried to email the management team directly nearly all of them are on leave. So now I have to ring again, if I don't get a response soon, and go over the entire problem again with the reception team. If that doesn't work, I'll have to go and beg the Pharmacy to give me an emergency script again. I cannot believe how dreadful this GP is.

Never had a problem with the service. Quick to get booked in and seen and have a really good doctor.
