Mum has spent time living in five care homes now over the past few years. Some have been very high level on luxury and surroundings - This one is the very best.... from attention to detail on her needs with dementia, to the staffing care and level of understanding, and to the fact that medically, mum gets a doctor without delay, the very same day, without question if the staff feel that she is at all physically unwell. For the first time in many years, I know that I can relax and that mum is very happy and feels at home (the only place she has done so) and that when she has her "down" times, the staff have always been on hand to bring her into a brighter state of mind, quicker than any-one can, including her family !
You have the magic touch Lesley, Senju and team - and our family is so grateful to you, for making mum so very happy and safe.

My mum-in-law had previously stayed at Asfields for respite on a couple of occassions and when she unfortunately broke her hip and we could no longer have her in our home, we had no hesitation in asking her if she would like Ashfields to be her home. She eagerly accepted.
We as a family, are very happy to have my mum-in-law at Ashfields.
To alll of the staff...from the managers down, we are so grateful to all of you for providing a safe, happy, caring environment.
The food is lovely. My mum-in-laws room is very nice. She is so happy there and looks very very well.
Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. Any queries or concerns are dealt with immediately.
We cannot fault this caring home for anything.
We can all relax knowing full well mum is being looked after by the best.
Well done to the management and all the staff!!

My mum has been a resident at ashfields since Oct 23 after bieng in a couple of bad care homes....to be able to sleep at night knowing my mum is happy and so well cared for is everything....the vibe is always so good the staff are amazing the manager is fantastic and kept me sane at a difficult time with her knowledge..thankyou all 🙏
