Receptionists make you feel like an inconvenience, trying to book an appointment one day only to be told to go to A&E. Try to book 2 days later for exactly the same problem and told to go to a pharmacy. Ring up once to be told you CAN'T BOOK APPOINTMENTS other than the same day, ring up again 2 days later, to the surprise that you in fact can still book appointments in advance. Needless to say I will be changing GP, the stress and anxiety this place causes for yourself isn't worth it.

Came to this doctors for an emergency after hours check up and the doctor I saw disregarded my health completely and ignored my concerns. He continued to lie on the report and told me it’s nothing. The appointment lasted only about 2 minutes because he didn’t even look at my problem. I had to go to a different doctors where I was properly examined and told I had an infection which your doctor claimed I didn’t. Additionally his attitude was poor and sounded completely annoyed and bored. Lastly he made a sly comment about the night getting suddenly busy to the receptionist when I was the ONLY patient in the building at the time. What an absolute joke of a doctor.

Not everyone is online, and after ringing up with regards to my husband who isn't online, being a nurse, I'd say compared to my GPs, the service here is nothing more than shocking. Non existent help. Glad I'm not with them .

Basic lack of Care - Having been with this surgery for more than a decade I have been forced to seek primary care services elsewhere. They have too few doctors and too many patients to be able to be effective. The staff churn rate is very high, so you will unlikely see the same doctor more than once or twice. Good luck with trying to get an appointment, they went from ringing up at any time to book to only being able to ring between the hours of 8:00 and 8:30, to not being able to ring up at all and simply having to fill out a form and hope you get picked for an appointment. Their facilities are good, but the staff and practice manager do not know what they are doing and do not care about their patients.

Such a better service rather then having to ring at 8am for appointment. Quick contact and answers given that saves so much time when the GPS and ourselves are busy. If you need an appointment they're able to get you in super quick. I much prefer this service as I find using the online platform easier. It is also easier to order prescriptions too. Everyone we have seen this past couple of months have been fantastic and so helpful. We have had so much support from everyone here it has made hard times much easier.

Scandalous totally scandalous how you treat patients now.. I am lung fibrosis sufferer 4yrs.. rang to try get appointment today not a chance... Given a triage appointment via online earliest appointment dec 4th .. keep it.. total disgrace for a so called caring proffesion.

Excellent service recently with the online appointments. Requested an appointment 20min before they opened, had been in- seen the doc and left before lunch. Spot on service!!

Update: I’ve used their online service a couple of times now and have been blown away with just how easy and efficient it is. Each time I’ve been contacted in less than an hour and had either appointments made, or on one occasion had a prescription sent straight to the pharmacy as I didn’t need to see anyone. I hope they never get rid of this system because it is honestly a game changer!! I’ve even got my 80 year old mother in law using it and she has had no problems. Well done Ashby Turn!!
