Very helpful. You call in the morning and wait in line for over 20 minutes, you arrange for the GP to call you back, which could be any time of day, so you wait all day, and when the GP finally calls you back, you have 5 seconds to answer the phone before they hang up, otherwise they will never contact you again. Good luck tomorrow, I guess

After attending an appointment yesterday for my mental health and being told ‘I can’t help you unless you speak’ in a rude manner after asking for a minute to collect myself after struggling with my anxiety in the waiting room and then being ignored by my GP as I broke down in the hallway in floods of tears and uncontrollably shaking due to anxiety I ended up at a bridge believing I had no other option after receiving no support from my GP. This resulted in me being taken to a&e.
Don’t bother asking for help from this GP surgery.

Can quite honestly say this is the worst doctors I have gone to. They ignore mine and my families medical needs even when requesting it on patch app (which they claim they can respkd to better) absolutely rubbish they talk I've had no depression meds for over a month because they are leaving me and leaving me but claim I'm important due to being pregnant. Families like me rely on local doctors especially with no transport but this place is neglectful so why try anymore

I really like this surgery, everyone ive spoken to has been friendly. I use the patches app for advice and in a couple of days ive had a response, an appointment has been booked and ive got help I needed.

After getting a reminder for my 3 yearly checkout then been told no places there full I got an appointment in 3 weeks time. Couldn't go as I was 400 miles away. Impossible to cancel it. Even went to the surgery but all door were locked at 1 in the afternoon Absoloute shambles of a clinic. Only possible to get to see anyone if your unemployed and have an hour to sit on the phone between 10 and 11. . Tryied email booking but got an email back saying that email appointment are no longer available Discracefull. Why pay taxes when only those who don't pay taxes can get an appointment. Its an embarrassment to the country

I joined Ashgrove surgery when I was pregnant, and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The midwives were amazing!
Following this I have always been able to get an appointment for myself and my little boy (now aged 2). The staff are polite and caring, and happy to help.
I do sometimes find there is a wait on the phone but sometimes this is 20 mins, other times 2 mins!

Moved to this doctors from Ferrybridge and I must say I have found them loads better I have always got an appointment when I need one they sort all our repeat medication out on time so we don't run out also my husbands we also get a email back from the pharmacy team which we never got from Ferrybridge. There is only 1 downside one doctor wasn't nice so we won't be using that doctor again receptionists was friendly I would recommend this surgery to any other in Knottingley/Ferrybridge.
