Absolutely shocking service. 6 people in front of me, 40 mins later still 3 people in front and another 10 behind. I person serving she didn't know what she was doing. Two Pharmacists standing out the back having a chat.

Came in today with my little one, two staff chatting away in the back and one by the entrance I explained I only needed eye drops for my little one (newly eye infection) because other pharmacy was out of stock and told me to come in here and she responded with a smug/attitude "I'm closing" and shut the shutters on me 5 minutes early before they are actually closed. Wow.

Walking in that pharmacy will test your patience. The staff is so slow it takes around 20 minutes to get served. Then another 5 for them to find your prescription. If you're unlucky, you might need to come back 20 minutes later, to then wait another 15 on the seats.

The worst thing is that they see you're waiting, but will ignore you and keep looking at their screen without apologising for the wait.

Today there was 6 staff, 25 minutes wait for a pre-booked flu jab.

Absolutely horrible counter staff (The two bigger ladies) rude and ignorant. I’m 16 went in there needing some advice and medication and felt highly judged and uncomfortable. Although the pharmacist was so nice and helpful. Won’t be going there again seeking help. DONT recommend.

Absolute joke, came to collect my prescription but had to wait because my prescription couldn't be checked by the pharmacist because they were doing flue jabs, why have flue jabs booked with no one available to check prescriptions?
This pharmacy becomes more unbelievably after each visit, they now close at peak time for half an hour.

Will never use this pharmacy again, completely unqualified, slow, rude staff. Messed up my prescription meaning I was left without medication because their suggestion was that I just ask for some more, but obviously anyone with common sense knows I can't because the doctor would think I'm trying to get double medication. An absolute circus of a place.

Dont deserve any stars but you have to to proceed with review. You now have to give them 72 hours notice to fill the prescription, once you have done that half of the prescriptiion is still missing (they dont give you a slip saying so like they used to). They tried blaming the GP saying they havent received it, but they have said this too me so many times before, so I had called my GP before I called Asda, and they confirmed Asda had received them all. So why give them 72 hours if they still can't fill the prescription Always have to wait 30 mins plus to for que to go down to get served, as never enough staff, then when you get to speak to someonw they always ask, "Do you need to get any shopping as its not ready" as they havent filled it in the first place, and this is when they have had the prescription for over a week! Rubbish service so I have written a quick email to my GP to change my prefered Pharmcy, which the GP have now done in less than 24hours!
