Check the date of products you buy here!! Purchased a sandwich at 8.30 in the morning. Didn't even think about the date as it was so early in the day. One bite at lunch and it was obvious not fresh. It was out off date!! Yuck...

I notice a lot of people complaining about not being able to get their basket full of shopping at the kiosk and this was one of the problems they actually fixed by stopping that because of people who had no consideration for others holding up the entire kiosk queue for someone who just wanted a single item from behind the counter this is why they did it so stop complaining about it and have some consideration for others.
It's nice to have an Asda store as my local shop but it can be a little overcrowded especially around school finishing when the parents let their kids run around the shop but that's not really the stores fault although sometimes they have the trolleys all over the place as the store is so small this makes it even more cramped. The staff are generally good and helpful. Finally the car park could be better as someone mentioned maybe a one way or something could make it better but once again when you let selfish customers with no consideration for others just do what they want it creates a mess so what can they do really.

I just want to comment on this store's policy of restricting what can be purchased at it's kiosk. It seems ridiculous that a business (any kind of business) would make it (even slightly) more difficult for a customer to part with their money in their establishment. I believe this is the policy of the store manager, and I must question his competency in his role, as do several Asda colleagues in regards to this policy.

Update. To make your shopping experience even more difficult, this store (or maybe all) doesn't give cashback at the tills. So I'll go somewhere that will, well done Asda.

I was shopping in this between 1310 and 1320 on Tuesday 17th October 2023, and when I went to pay for my items at the kiosk I was told by a slightly rotund middle aged female with glasses behind said kiosk that she couldn't serve me and I must use the self service tills, I responded with the question, are you forcing people to use the self service tills then? To which she nonchalantly replied yes. I then proceeded to drop my little green basket by the kiosk and walked out of the store, in a scene which given tumbleweeds, could of paroded a western. I have never known anyone to be refused service at this kiosk, there are no signs saying that this is the policy of this particular store. I get the impression that this is the policy of this particular individual who is costing the store money. Will I get a reply from ASDA, I doubt it.
