I have always found the pharmacy staff to be very helpful and obliging. On occasions I have submitted my repeat prescription later than I should have done and found myself without one of my daily medications. Without fail the pharmacy staff have always sorted the problem for me so I have never been without the correct dosage of medicine for my daily needs. Overall an excellent service from this pharmacy, which at my time of life, I use on a regular monthly basis. My thanks to everyone.

Fantastic staff and Pharmacists.Dan,Aayesha and the team are friendly and professional.There is a delivery service for those in need.If I see my GP on the same site they can usually notify the pharmacy who process my prescription on the same visit if possible.I have been invited by text to have my blood pressure checked and free flu vaccine. usually see Helena,Val and Lucy who are great but all the staff are good.Thx

I came in 15 mins before close to collect my presciption. The staff moaned to eachother about having to serve me and lazy people always turning up last minute. I left with my prescription 10 mins before close.
I do not expect this kind of rudeness from staff. I did nothing to provoke it. Terrible customer service.

If I could give no stars I would . There is always a problem with repeat or normal prescriptions. This isn’t the first time by far Today I went to collect my repeat prescription after receiving a text saying it was ready to collect . The woman said I had nothing there . February was the last time I had one . I explained I put one in recently and wouldn’t have a text in May for one in February ! I ended back at the receptionist and they saw I recently put in for a repeat and are having to do another one . A waste of a journey and no prescription to collect today . Avoid this pharmacy !!
