Even from the initial consultation, I knew she was the best choice - she listened to my needs and worries, we came up with a treatment plan that suited my work and travel arrangements (I moved to Jersey after my first treatment, so had to travel back for subsequent appointments) - and Birgitte was caring for every treatment.

Whenever I emailed Kate to see when Birgitte had available appointments - Kate knew my living/travel arrangements too, she was able to accommodate this in booking future appointments.

Mole Removal Experience.

From the get go Kate at Arlington Aesthetic Clinic has been a super star! She was very responsive, she got the answers to all of my questions prior to booking and booked me in swiftly at the best time for me.

On the day of the procedure, Kate welcomed my partner and I into the clinic, and booked me in.

Then we met Dr McFadden and his lovely assistant (I cannot remember her name, sorry). From the get go they could see I was a nervous patient however, they spoke to me about any fears I had, spoke me through what was going to happen and any complications that might come up. They included my partner in this conversation which was nice for him to feel like a part of the whole process.
They both made me feel at ease, and super positive about the whole procedure.
I was awake throughout the whole process and each and every mole that was removed was being spoken through, speaking for distraction and asking if I was okay. They really did take such amazing care of me for the short period I was there, the whole team was incredibly professional but friendly and I really cannot thank you all enough. Each one of my 14 sites are healing well (the aftercare instructions are easy to follow and when I did have a question, after my procedure a quick email to Kate and my question was answered within a few hours). I have gained so much self confidence from this and I couldn’t be happier, I should have done it sooner!

I had a facial mole removed here in 2018 and it was such an easy, pleasant experience.

Consultation about what I wanted and what would happen in the procedure was very helpful, they made sure I was happy going forward.
The procedure itself was probably around 5 minutes long, I was made to feel very comfortable. Overall I would definitely recommend.
