Receptionists here are always so lovely and helpful, as are the nurses.

Very poor service from this surgery can never get an appointment had a chest infection for a week ana I get told they can't help lost all faith in this health service it's time for things to change

I do not want to make appointments via a link i want to phone and talk to a receptionist and i want her to make an appointment for me to see a dr....is this still an option please
