Absolutely shocking reception staff. I was completely ignored for 10 to 15 minutes while waiting to make a purchase. One member of staff was assisting another customer, but the other- wearing glasses- continued with her administrative tasks and blatantly ignored both me and the constantly ringing phone. In the end, I simply left. Frankly, if this is the standard of service provided, I would seriously question the wisdom of entrusting them with your pet’s health.

Recently took my unwell dog to Archway. It was really scary, but the treatment we received from vet El was brilliant, she was so knowledgeable and naturally caring that it made me feel as at ease as I could be. She totally heard my concerns and took them seriously. She laid out all of the options with pros and cons of each and we came up with a treatment plan together. Really cannot recommend her enough, she seemed like she had so much time for Ziggy even though she was incredibly busy. The receptionists and nurses were also really kind and helpful. Thanks Archway for making a scary horrible situation much more bearable. Ziggy is feeling much better now 🙂

We always take our animals here when they have ailments and found all the staff very helpful and understanding. Today we had to have one of our cats that we have had for 17 years put to sleep. Very emotional for us but the vet and nurse were so compassionate, caring and sympathetic. This made the traumatic experience much more easier. Would never use another vets.

I am in disgust, one of our five week old puppy was becoming ill fast, we had to rush him in and he continued to cough up blood on the floor and nobody done anything, they were all rude from the start, ask where the bathroom is and they told me to shh and wait, they were pumping up the pup with chemicals we didn't know of and they secretly put our dog down WITHOUT our consent, the dog had '30 seconds left to live before it dies naturally' how would they know? found that suspicious, and then 3 people pressured us trying to get us too sign in the last 30 seconds of its life, said if we took it home they would call the police. they said it was in a coma and can't feel anything but when we didn't sign, told us that we were being selfish as it was in pain, only pain it was in was from the pentoject. anyway it passed away 'naturally' then they asked for us to pay, next day: (today!) we phoned to find out the truth and they told us they put pentoject in him (we got it in writing) and then when we phoned to complain and they tried to make out we were accusing these so called "qualified vets" of something they didn't do as if we are liars? and told us it died naturally after ADMITTING to put it down. I feel disgusted and betrayed as I trusted them with my dogs life and instead they took it. not vets at all in my eyes. do not go here if you want your pet to come out alive
