The Physio Therapist at archway surgery is AMAZING!! Not only is she is highly professional, extremely knowledgable in her field but she listens to the patient and offers options/ advice and follows through with emails giving advice on suitable exercises, links to useful web sites etc etc She really offers a top rate service and gives informed advice with care and compassion.

Could not fault archway at all. All the doctors are so lovely and friendly. The ladies on the front desk are also very nice. Would not go anywhere else.

Have been a patient of the practice since 1979 and over the years the service has been excellent. Dr Bulger was excellent and recently have been seeing Dr Karia and she is lovely and so so helpful.
Its great that you can call the surgery and get an appointment without waiting to be answered and that the information / help is always available when needed.

Very helpful. Although it is smaller than some, it provides a much better service. Have always been able to get appointments and both nursing staff and doctors are helpful, polite and considerate.

Shame to write this review as the nurse was lovely, but the lady I was greeted with on reception was just so rude and condescending. Treat your patients with care and respect.

Ive seen a doctor about a week a go, showed him my foot which he said i need to see a foot specialist, i told him ive had bone necrosis of the hip which i had to have three hip replacements, i said i dont know if ive got bone necrosis of the toe or not, he said leave it with me and i asked will i get a letter in the post? He said yes, but atm im getting impatient in waiting for a letter which has not arrived
