Very nice walks along the canal, meadows and woodlands. I came here in rainy weather so I walked in puddles and mad. There were people enjoying the nature or walking dogs. It’s a suitable place for everyone who wants to get away from cities.

Had a lovely walk through the meadows and along the canal. Spent an enchanting evening of meditation in the meadow and finished off with a glass of wine in The Boat House.

Had a couple of nice walks along canal , plenty of wildlife around , plenty young ducklings, paths not too bad , watched a boat in lock today going up to level required to continue its journey , found it quite fascinating to see lock empty and then fill up , the people who were doing it explained the ins and outs

My friend & I had a lovely walk from Parbold village along the canal,it's so picturesque & peaceful.We stopped at a bench next to a bridge for a picnic lunch and even saw an otter as we walked up to the lock!

Great to see the ongoing community work in the waterside woodlands on pathways and tree/undergrowth clearance. Daffodils are starting to appear so spring is on its way. My dog & I safely negotiated the new footpath style and we had an enjoyable walk in a beautiful setting.
