Due to the Medical Centre not having a hold line I have tried to make contact to book an appointment and the calls made range from 45 to 206 calls and even then not getting through. Also the call backs have been unreliable and not very helpful and have made my partner and myself very insecure in bothering to make contact as our concerns have sometimes not been dealt with appropriately as in telling us to go A&E instead of bothering to talk to a doctor first for advice.

Volunteers with hand Sanitizer as you got there showed you were to go Reception very helpful and efficient , within 5 min my Jab was done Thanks to all the Staff and Volunteers

Now had my 2nd Jab contacted by Jill over the moon to have had it at Chadwell Surgery again very organized and helpful went straight in only had to sit 10 minutes after the jab in& out 15 minutes max, Thank you so much Appledore your the best
