Honestly the only thing that matters in the end is the skill of your dentist. Charlie Pontikis gives the impression of being right up with the state of the art and an excellent practitioner. I was very impressed by his level of skill. The receptionists were also nice! But that matters less to me.

All my check ups and treatments with Maria Monou have been excellent including my last one on 10 December 24.
She is caring, questioning and listening and gives treatments very efficiently and effectively. Anyone having her as their dentist can count themselves very lucky.

The dentists and Hygienists at Apple tree are super. They make visiting a pleasure. Sylvia is the best hygienist I’ve ever seen. Usually it’s painful but she was so skilful and very friendly too. Thanks Sylvia. Adrian my dentist has done a few fillings on me now and literally no pain at all. He’s brilliant. Thanks all.

Went for an emergency appointment as not registered with this dentist and OMG they were brilliant. I have a phobia of visiting dentists and they were brilliant at putting my nerves to rest. Cannot thank the dentist Adrian enough for his help at getting me out of pain at such short notice. Thank you all for your help. 5*s and more!

This is an excellent dentist practice. I am treated by Dr Jacques and especially appreciated how he made sure that he explained what he was doing, what the next step might be, and what he would recommend. It was a big positive difference to previous dentists.

One of the best appointments I have had at the clinic. (16th. Dec. '24)The receptionist was very welcoming. When the dentist came out she welcomed me with a huge smile. (Sorry, did not make a note of her name, but please add it if you see fit.) When she warned me that I had a couple of broken teeth and would need crowns in the near future. I replied by saying that at 85 I would be upset if I spent that amount of money and then possibly depart shortly afterwards. She accepted my decision but told me that she would have to make a note of what I had decided and that she warned me that it could mean loss of the teeth. I was very happy with that. I hope that she is still around for my next appointment.

I had a very good appointment with Dr Bashar. He explains his proposed courses of treatment very thoroughly outlining the various options and giving time for his patients to consider. The reception staff are highly efficient and welcoming.

, i was very disappointed today, where I had made an appointment to take my childs for a dental check-up, maybe for you guys only made a short appointment but for me, I have to take 1 day of annual work leave.
To see my work every Monday-Friday 9 am - 6 pm, so suddenly cancel one hour before the appointment, if a day or two before the appointment is canceled, I don't have a problem, so I can still work from this morning, this is one day without news, and only one hour before The appointment was immediately cancelled. I have been with Apple Tree for a long time, but this is the first time I feel very disappointed, the A/L I sacrificed to be able to take my children to check their teeth was just wasted..
