I was referred to dental hospital in 2023. To see what treatment I required after receiving ill fitting partial dentures here. As waiting lists are long I waited. Finally I called last week only to find out I had been discharged on 2023 dec with treatment plan sent to dentist. Nothing was arranged. This is now 2025 Made an appointment April 25 and seen dentist who told me they were fine how can they be when you have to pack them with grip to make them fit and be comfortable somewhat I have been let down by this practice big time. Finally had enough. The dentist does not listen to patients.

Avoid at all costs!!! Absolutely abysmal concerning 😟. Twice now I've taken my daughter to be told that maybe she shld just wiggle & remove her own teeth herself? If you are an NHS patient they are definitely not interested in treating you. Despite them cancelling my appointment I had waited 2 years for I was told the receptionist hadn't bothered to put my appointment in then she lied about this. I needed x3 fillings they wouldn't do any for me ? My old dentist would be utterly appalled at this charade . The taxi driver who dropped me off warned me about what the place was like before I went in. I've now since complaining about the sub standard service received a cheeky text message stating I need a deposit paid before I get an appointment? Nhs? Bizarre and I may be de registered this place needs investigating fast !!! Searching for absolutely any other dentist asap . Hope to never return

AVOID! Poor patient care, reception need training.
Ahad is worst dentist I’ve seen in my years! Practice needs a centre manager and the principle dentist need to look into passive aggressive behaviour as it ripples out into the business…. Appalling treatment since joining 12 months ago. Shame there are few dentists in the area. Factar seems to be a better dentist, but as she works part time, progressing on treatment is long and tedious…

If your an NHS dental patient then they will have 0 intrest in actually treating you....
Also every appointment you go into youll get the hard sales pitch for private dentle care

I would give 0 stars but that's not an option, you are unable to speak to a receptionist, when you call it's an Ai automated voice and they do not cater to disabled people, this dentist is the worst dentist ever, I would not recommend this dental practice to anyone, I would avoid using this dentist
