AP Dental Practice

I cannot recommend AP Dental Practice highly enough. I have been a patient for the past 8 years: the dental check-ups are very professional, the appointments are on time, and every dentist at the practice is reassuring and highly experience. I have recently registered my 1 year old baby for his first check-up and the dentist was very mindful, calm, and gave us good advice to start his life with perfect hygiene and brushing technics. They have recently arranged an emergency check-up due to a toothache, I was seen within 24hrs. Thank you very much for keeping us healthy!

Terrible Experience at AP Dental I had a very frustrating experience with AP Dental. I booked an appointment and paid a deposit, but they canceled my appointment without any explanation after I had already booked the day off from work. They rescheduled the appointment, but I never received any confirmation about it. They assumed I didn’t attend and now refuse to use my deposit for a new appointment booking. What's worse is they showed no understanding or flexibility, even though they were the ones who unfairly canceled the first appointment. The whole process felt very one-sided, with all the risk on me as a patient. They didn't even try to arrange something fair or offer a reasonable solution. Extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and customer service.

Took my elderly father to see the dentist today to remove a rotten tooth that had been troubling him for a while now and the service he received was OUTSTANDING!. I couldn’t have wished for a better service than the one he received. My father had some shoddy dental work done abroad many years ago that made extraction a nightmare and the dentist truly went above and beyond to treat him. Her professionalism, diligence and understanding have left a lasting impression on me, with this in mind, I would like to thank her, the nurse and reception staff and would happily recommend this dental surgery to anyone.

Dental practice can be a nervous and agonising place to visit, specially for kids. AP dental practice is welcoming and very friendly towards patients. Clean and good lighting makes it comfortable and takes away the initial stress. Dentists get to the point and with a few direct and technical questions give you the best treatment on the day. As a family we hope this practice keep on growing year on year. Good luck.

Been attending this dentist from a very young age and it has always had great staff and a great atmosphere within it. Reema Patel, my dentist - always very attentive and friendly. Listens to problems well and makes sure something is always done to make it better. Thank you Reema. Great place and great staff.

Reema and Tahira (dentist &assistant) were lovely, answering all questions. My children were seen as soon as we arrived, and we arrived early. Since joining, all my visits have been great here so far, reception staff are also very friendly. Only improvement I can suggest is to have text reminder for appointments.

Always great service here. Leanna on reception is always helpful, smiley and welcoming, the nurse Tahira and Dr Reema as my dentist are both great. I would definitely recommend
