I recently was having problems getting medication by prescription for my son which unfortunately is in short supply currently. Approached the Pharmacist at Andrew’s who was extremely helpful firstly by calling round wholesalers and locating a small number of the tablets and then finding another source where he was able to get me 1 month supply. He then phoned me to let me know when they were ready for collection. Excellent service and communication by the pharmacist who I am extremely grateful too!

A very positive experience at Andrews Chemist in Ware today when not only was a postal prescription from another company lost, but my own doctors surgery making a big error with my medication. Andrews were able to provide me with the medication and they were helpful, polite and super quick. A very well stocked chemist with staff that genuinely want to help people. Thank you - you changed my day for the better

I recently swapped to Andrew’s pharmacy from Boots and I’m so pleased I did. They are open later than other pharmacies, they always have the medication I need in stock (which is unusual as in other places it has to be ordered in), the staff are all very helpful and the service is professional and kind. I have several repeat medications so it’s nice to know I have a pharmacy I can rely on. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from the staff here, very competently trained and able to answer all of the questions you may need to ask. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with any queries you may have. Very obliging employees with any requests given and always leave feeling well taken care of.

Dire.

Couldn't get to my usual chemist so requested an online repeat prescription and marked it as urgent, also followed up with a message. 24 hours later no update. 28hrs later, tried calling several times, couldn't get through. Sent another follow up message to ask the status as the online system was showing it hadn't been processed to be sent through to the Dr Surgery. No response. Have now cancelled and gone back to my usual chemist. First and last time I try to use Andrews Chemist. Not Impressed.

This chemist was my hero! My son’s daily medication was in very short supply - in our area and nationally - for the first time in eight years; I was in a fluster. Andrew’s chemist calmed me and advised that they could get something similar and with thorough professional advice. It felt like they cared about my situation. And resolved it. Thank you!
