This surgery will give you high blood pressure if care is not taken, and it is very frustrating to get an appointment. They will advise that you call at 8 am. as you wouldn't get any appointment after 8 am. Unfortunately, one of the lines will be so busy that you will stand no chance or get to talk to anyone. I am regretting why I moved from London to Scunthorpe as this place has got so many downsides. I need to follow up with lots of my medical appointments that are missed in London due to relocation, and my anxiety level has gone up to the roof now. Just imagine having to call 83 times, I have sleeping difficulties and do not get to sleep all night except early in the morning, but I am still awake just to talk to book an appointment, so crazy and cruel.

I was treated badly - my daughter had an infection. In the morning I called for an appointment with the doctor and was directed to the pharmacy - the pharmacy sent me to the doctor. I was intoxicated for 15 minutes because it was the time before Christmas and there were accidents everywhere - traffic jams. The doctor did not see us - he told us to go to the emergency room - all this in 1 day with a sick daughter - fever of 39.8°, sore throat and a virus in the lungs. Health care at a very low level.

I arranged an appointment for 1445. Upon arrival all my details were taken and I was told Doctor_______ in room 15 will see you soon please take a seat. After a 45 minute wait, I decided to ask what was going on. The receptionist then told me “oh you’re at the wrong practice”. Beyond a joke. Now missed my appointment. Not the first time I’ve been let down at this place, last time they googled my symptoms… absolute joke of a place.

Can never get a appointment called over 300 times in one day can't even get though as phone are bissy. I really need to see a doctor.

I have moved surgeries now after no end of issues with this practice. Impossible to get an appointment. 1 GP refused to send me for further tests following advice from a specialist - had to keep ringing back to beg and plea for the tests while my symptoms got aggressively worse, resulting in me been admitted to hospital. When I tried to make an appointment with a different GP following this poor care - this particular GP would snatch up my appointment, changing it to a different date and time so I couldn't see anyone else - didn't communicate this with me - so I would turn up to my original appointment, expecting to see someone else who might actually help and I would be rudely turned away. Seems very odd how this one GP is treating patients. There is 1 member of the reception team who is very rude, patronising and condescending - she should not be working in a care sector at all! Overall the place is poorly run - it's a shame because 3-4 years ago it used to be a really good practice.

It's very hard to get an appointment, but when you do, you are treated with respect and treated professionally
