I had to contact the emergency prescription line (111) to request a prescription. Unfortunately, I did not get the pharmacist's name, but he was quite impolite and raised his voice at me because I was having difficulty understanding his instructions. As a result of his behavior, the two ladies who were behind me in the queue decided to leave and go to a different chemist.

Very rude unhelpful staff , asked for a flu jab as the doctors had run out , refused as had to look for a prescription , Only one other person in the building , was told to come back in the afternoon, this was at 8.30 in the morning.!

The reception staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional and the medical staff likewise. Very understanding and thorough. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is it is difficult to get an appointment and there is often a long wait on the phone to speak to someone but I appreciate this is an NHS-wide problem.
The pharmacy however, you are best to take a sleeping bag as it can take forever to get your prescription dispensed and the 24hour collection point is unreliable! In their defence, they are rarely out of stock of anything!

Normally very good but after issuing the wrong medication to my Terminally ill Husband. I phoned them to get the one unopened sealed bottle changed for the correct one and they refused saying they can't take medication back once it has left the building and that I would have to get another prescription from his doctor, after explaining that he needs it tonight at 7.30 they then tell me I can buy it but it is over £10. No wonder prescription charges are going up if even sealed stuff is being thrown away

Well stocked pharmacy, reliable and easy access. Also wheelchair accessible. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It just loses a star for being so small and there is no real queuing system.
