I went to AN Wellness today as I have been suffering with tight hamstrings and glutes. Making the appointment was really easy and Angela managed to fit me in when it suited me. When I arrived I was welcomed in an extremely friendly manner which put me at ease and made me feel very welcome. I Walked into the studio/salon and it was immaculate and it's decorated beautifully, there was nice relaxing music being played and Angela explained what she was going to do to help me. Had a lovely chat about our children ect, there was no awkwardness just really friendly. I feel absolutely brilliant now so thank you and I will definitely be returning. Would 100% recommend!!

Had a fantastic yoga session here. Angela really takes care of you and makes sure that you are in the correct positions and adjusts your body so you don't injur yourself. It was a great introduction into yoga and really enjoyed learning about my shakras. Highly recommend.

I have been working with Angela for around 5 years now as she introduced me to the healing practice of Reiki and my life has been transformed since.
