I've been seeing Carly now for several years - pre, during and post pregnancy. Each session is tailored to what I need that day - using massage, reflexology and aromatherapy. Annabel is such an incredible homeopath and healer. The space she creates is one of profound nurture and active listening. She meets me with my emotions and breakthroughs and the questions she asks always highlight what's beneath the surface and provide an insight that allows change to take place.

I leave feeling seen, heard, healed and that's before I've even taken the remedy. The remedies Annabel selects are so accurate and the clarity, healing and shifts are undeniable and instant! I notice changes in mood, perspective, emotions and thoughts, and the aftercare and support is so beautiful and caring. She even gives me advise about my dog Nala who mirrors my mood and I've noticed wonderful shifts in her too!

The sessions I've had with Carly have been so deeply nourishing and supportive. They felt like a breath of fresh air and as her treatments involve reflexology and massage I realised how much my physical body needed that time and connection.
