Janet, Trish, Rachel, and Claire are those most amazing carers my dad could hope for. Lovely characters. Very helpful and caring to my dad. True salt of the earth ladies. Cant live without these ladies help each day. These lovely ladies have become family to us. True care and attention to detail. I know i can trust these ladies with any issues my dad has. Love the way these ladies look after all of us. I hope to know these ladies a very long time.

They have only been given 1 star due to the fact there are 2 carers out of the whole range of staff that are brilliant and thats Sue & Vanessa - the amount of tablets discovered that my mum hadnt taken when they are on strict instuction that she must be watched!! 1/2hr calls that lasted 5 mins, turning up for tea calls at 3pm to give her her night-time medication, absolute joke - honestly I wouldn't let my dog be looked after by this lot - avoid at all cost!!!

I have worked for this company for a number of years now and seen the level of care we provide to our service users grow. We have provided our staff with additional training and support to provide a high level of care to our service users. Our staff feel welcomed whenever they come into branch and if ever they need additional support we are only a phone call away.

Never come across such an ignorant company or staff in all my years of being a carer/ Team leader, they have been asked repeatedly not to park in both my spaces outside of my house while visiting a client who needs care nextdoor to me,I appreciate they have their job to do but they don't use his spare space oh no they use mine even the next door neighbour has asked them not to use both,all they do is sneer at me. But there again when their office don't answer the three emails I have sent it's only accepted that their staff are the same. I thought that it's in their contract not to upset neighbours 🤬

The care that i have received since being discharged from hospital is 100% fantastic, my regular team, Janet, Trish, Claire and Rachel particularly go above and beyond and are attentive to my needs. They take care of me to a new level and they give me more and more confidence each day!

Can't be trusted to run a bath. Massive lack of confidence , missed hospital appointment today as they didn't get mum out of bed washed,fed and dressed, finally turned up 35 minutes after the ambulance had called and gone as not ready. Called them at Crewe to speak to a manager and still waiting for a return call. Won't hold my breath for any reasonable explanation it's just down to incompetence, very frustrating and doing my blood pressure no good at all. I asked if they would like it for elderly relatives and couldn't really answer me,says it all.

I have worked for amg crewe for 3 years now and can honestly say it's the best decision I've ever made. I love my job and love making a difference. Yes it gets busy and yes it can be a lot of driving but that's a part of it. To do this job you have to actually care. Im always willing to go above and beyond and give it my all as I'm here to help and I love it. I have always found the office staff very helpful and they also work very hard. I have met some amazing people along the way and hope to carry on for years to come

Amazing company. Sarah is a great manager and is very friendly. As well as everyone else in the office, Kelly Maisy shereece and mikaela. They make the work day fun and I enjoy working with them 🙂
