I ordered a rise and recline chair from Ambucare Stafford. Two lovely people came out to measure me for thd chair. The chair was delivered within a week. They could not have been more helpfull. The chair is really comfortable and a dream to sleep in. I would be more than happy to deal with them again.

If there was no stars i would give them no stars, they certainly don’t deliver their promises. Terrible service and attitude, they tell you that they will contact you when promised and your left waiting. Would not recommend at all, rip off merchants!

I came across your shop and decided to join,I used the service and found it and the staff to be very welcoming,as it was nearly the end of the membership period we were advised to join in the new year, On the 17th of February 2015 I called at the shop to become a member and offered to pay the membership fee and the hire of the equipment for the day but prefered to use our own wheelchair as we are use to it. The member of staff, who said she was the coordinator, refused to allow us to use our own wheelchair as it was against company policy she became very offensive and told us to go and park in another space and display our blue badge which we could have done any time but prefered to support the Ambucare facility as our previous visits have been so pleasant.I think you offer a great service and would have thought it was in Ambucares best interest to encourage people to join.
