The clinical aspect of the service was fine but the booking system is much worse than the standard for this kind of thing. You can only choose from five or so reasons for making an appointment using the online form. The phone line is only open Monday-Fri 08:30 to 10:00 and it closes early for the day if all that day’s slots are taken. This makes it impossible to contact the clinic if you need to talk about booking appointments for other reasons, amending existing appointments and so on. It’s potentially a risk to patients’ health, frankly, if you can’t make changes to your appointment in the light of new symptoms appearing for example.

I rarely write reviews but my recent visit was one of the smoothest and comfortable clinic appointments in my life, thanks to Dr Diana, who was absolutely incredible. She is one of the most caring, genuine, non-judgmental doctors I’ve ever come across. She instantly put me at ease and provided all the information in an understandable way, gave me the space to express any concerns, and answered all my questions thoroughly. There wasn’t a point during my visit with her where I felt I was rushed or couldn’t take my time to think about my options. I wish there were more doctors like her! Thank you Diana!

Giving a one star review seems already too generous for the kind of service I’ve received from this clinic and in particular Dr. Dr Nilani Uthayakumar. She diagnosed me with a rare autoimmune disease in April and have received 0 support other than one treatment which I was left to deal with on my own, a cortisone cream. Mind you no biopsy was performed which is incredibly unprofessional because how can you omit something so crucial to understanding timings and progression of the disease. When she broke the news was less than empathic and offered 0 support or help to deal with the news other than the treatment. She told me about this disease like it was a cold showing no empathy for something that was going to change my life forever.
She booked me in my 3 month check up in July to see how things were progressing and unfortunately the disease was still active and therefore was put on 3 more months of cortisone. I was told I would be called in one month time to be checked in with and ensure the treatment was now working. I also took it upon myself to research clinics specialised in the disease and managed to get an appointment at Guy St. Thomas in December. I asked Dr Nilani to send a letter to my GP to see if there was a chance to get this appointment moved sooner since symptoms were not getting better. It took them 2 months almost to send the letter and I never heard back from anyone for the one month check up. As a consequence of this ordeal my mental health has been severely impacted. I have been having anxiety attacks and there’s no help coming from them at all. She finally decided to call me 2 months after while I was in a therapy session which was almost coming to an end. I picked up the phone and kindly asked her if she could give me a call back in 20 mins and she refused because she was incredibly busy (understandably so but this call was 2 months late so a little flexibility would have been appreciated). She also said she had no other slots for the following weeks to which I replied that it was appalling how she couldn’t find the time to rectify a mistake she did in the first place. She then booked me in for the Tuesday a week after with another doctor I assume because she doesn’t work Tuesdays. The call never came. I have been left to deal with this disease on my own and I hope no one goes through what this clinic and its doctors have put me through. They claim to care for their patients and to be “there to help” but their phone lines only work until 9/10am, they take days/weeks to reply to emails and they forget to make their appointments. They are single handedly responsible for my mental health crumbling.

Easy to book online for on the day appointments. Seen quickly and felt as the doctor wasn’t rushing. Took time to talk and prescribe medication I needed. Would recommend.

Was seen quickly. Doctor Hansa was extremely sweet, nice and helpful. Compared to A& E of royal London thousand times better service. Same day appointment. Very helpful. Clinic is also nice and clean and equipped with water fountain and other essentials for patients.

I’ve been going there since 2022, even I don’t live in that area anymore I still go there when I need something. Staff are nice and professional. But true, you would need to know how to make appointments.
