Ambleside Dental

I hadn't been to the Dentist for some time. My husband, already a patient at the Practice, persuaded me to go. Must admit I was very anxious, but I needn't have been. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Jasmin the Dentist put me at my ease. Thank you.

In 2016 Ambleside Dentist paralysed my face with an injection to my nerve. ? The experience was very distressing. Ive found a much better and kinder surgery in Shrewsbury and am only just starting to trust a Dentist again.

As someone who has always avoided the dentist, I have (finally) found a practice who are super friendly, answer any questions you have honestly and are extremely professional. I've been to a few others in Shrewsbury, but none compare. Will now be going for regular checkups here and have recommended my friends to do the same.

It's early days but first impressions of Ambleside are excellent. Professional welcome, clean, on time, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Booking and re-booking handled efficiently, we were not rushed, time and care was taken. Wow - excellent service. You should be very proud of this level of service. Thank you.

Ambleside are excellent. Time and again they have given great service. Recently I had a filling in danger of disintegrating and I am on chemo and from a 9am phone call by 1pm I had received an appointment, been treated and matter resolved all with such great care and professional treatment. Efficient welcome, clean, on time, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Time and care was given. Superb service. I am proud to be a patient. Thank you.

Appointment cancelled because we were three minutes late. The appointment was because a repair the dentist there had previously made, failed. We were given the option to return two weeks later. Somewhat disappointed with the customer service.

Was told to wait on the waiting list to have wisdom tooth pulled. 4 months latter nothing happening only to have to pay to see them again about my first request now told I have to wait a few more months and start from the beginning waist if my time and money

We have, in the past experienced many problematic issues with this practice when it was under the name of No Worries, but since the buy-out I can say we've had nothing to moan about. Care and attention have been great.
