Alpha Dental Care Bedale

I get very nervous having dental treatments. The patience, information and care shown to me by Nancy during a recent visit was very much appreciated. It does not take away my nervousness but it helps me remain calm and cope.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 5 years and I have always been treated very well. Over the last weekend I broke a back tooth which started to cause me some significant pain. I rang the surgery as soon as it opened today and received a same day emergency appointment. Unfortunately the tooth had to be removed, but the care I received was first class - I am nervous of dental surgeries and was worried about what I may have to have done, but from the receptionist right through I could not have been dealt with better. Would strongly recommend this practice.

I cannot thank Nancy (Dentist) and her team enough! Effective efficient & professional service every time I’ve visited. The staff are lovely and attentive. Nancy explained everything thoroughly at every stage of my treatment! Thankyou for your care and kindness.

I cannot praise this practice enough. Kirsty is a genius sorting my dental issues considerately and professionally. I am very happy with the care and repair Kirsty provided and feel happy I can smile again. All receptionists are polite and helpful. An extra mention for Kirsty Walker who has given me outstanding and pleasant customer service every time.

It was actually one of my worst experiences I've had in a dentist, and i had been coming here for years and years, which was very sad, I've left now thankfully, it would take to long to explain, I guess there are good and bad, but when the good become bad, you have to start asking yourself, is this the place for me? and it wasn't a one off experience, things can happen, it seems to ingrained now, thankfully I'm not part of it. I'm not saying shouldn't come here, what I'm saying, if you feel something is off, get a second opinion, you may thank me...

I clean here its great get to go in places we never got to go whilst my granddaughter sits and coulor or listens to the radio on BBC radio 2 I love it I wish there was more things to do in the waiting room like some legos for us although it's boyish some girls might like it my granddaughter would love that
